Extension, Cley-next-the-Sea

Located within the picturesque village of Cley next the Sea, our clients came to us wanting to link their house with their garage, creating a social space within the link and first floor accommodation above the garage. Given the traditional look of the property a proposed scheme was carefully developed so as not to look out of place, picking from a vernacular pallet of materials we were able to develop a sympathetic style which suited the house, the landscaping and Cley itself. The internal link area is an ideal location for gathering given the outlook over the garden and the spiral wine cellar set within the floor.
