Quayside, Wells

Following demolition of the waterfront amusements building, SMG were instructed to produce plans for a nine apartment block on the Quayside in Wells.

In addition to the apartments, provision was also made for three retail units on the ground floor.

With particular emphasis being placed on restoring the character of the building to reflect the local vernacular we were able to produce a large, modern building ideally blending contemporary style with appropriate design to complement other Quayside buildings.
