Nikki joined SMG in 2008 as the office secretary but showed a keen interest in the numbers. Over the years Nikki has worked hard, studying to become a fully qualified accountant in 2019. Nikki now oversees the accounts department and became Financial Director in 2023. 

Fun Fact: Nikki has visited New York 3 times and it is her favourite city.
