A replacement dwelling located just inland of Sheringham, Norfolk. This project was defined and guided by the extreme level differences on the site. With the lower section being semi-submerged and therefore containing the bedrooms. The first floor, with the oak frame balcony and dormers containing the main living spaces.
This project has been constructed to a very high standard, creating a lovely holiday home within a beautiful landscape. The combination of oak framing and traditional brick and flint work, has created a natural, vernacular architectural aesthetic.
